Thailand ATM fee calculator

Estimate a withdrawal’s total cost from the cash amount, ATM fee and your own bank’s charges. Krungsri’s published schedule lists 250 baht for foreign-issued Visa and 350 for Mastercard. These presets apply to that bank’s schedule only. Your card issuer may add fees; confirm the machine’s displayed charge.

For one withdrawal, total THB = cash + ATM fee + cash × issuer % ÷ 100 + issuer fixed fee. For a cash plan, convert cash amounts to whole satang before counting: withdrawals = ceil(total cash ÷ cash per withdrawal). Total fees = withdrawals × (operator fee + issuer fixed fee) + total cash × issuer % ÷ 100. The final withdrawal supplies only the remaining cash.

A worked example

With 10,000 baht cash, a 250 baht ATM fee and no issuer fee: 10,250 baht total, with a 2.5% fee burden.
